D.C. to reduce Rock Creek pollution - Washington Business Journal:

Throughu the funding, the department will instalpl green roofs, vegetation and porous pavement to absorb stormwater at the The purpose is to find out if that type of work can reducer runoff and the resulting pollutionto D.C. The $12.9 million in grants covere six statesand D.C.
